Christmas markets in northern France: Hauts de France Tourisme

I might have stuck my neck out a bit comparing Calais to Narnia, but it’s the hill I will die on: France really is so stupendously different to the UK in every aspect that emerging from the tunnel is like coming out of that wardrobe, especially at Christmas. From St Quentin to Arras and from Amiens to Boulogne sur Mer, the region of Hauts de France goes LARGE on its Christmas markets in and I wrote about them for the tourist board’s website.
